What is a nice gift for the birth of a new baby and a good pick-me-up for the mom when there are already 2 young children in the family under 4?

What I wanted most to pick-me-up when I had my babies was someone to cook for our family. Maybe take-out. Then you could get a bunch of bibs for the baby.
