It's My Turn for Girls Night Out - Help

It is my turn to host our Mother/Daughter girl's night. About 4-6 moms and their daughters come over. (It gives the Dad's a night off too!) We are doing an Easter theme. We are going to dye Easter eggs as our "craft project". We have snacks and an easy dinner.

I am at a loss as to what to make that is easy, kid friendly and Easterish. Any suggestions? I know how creative everyone can be.

How about a choice of egg salad or ham sandwiches. You could make soup to go with the sandwiches.
