I think I've killed my orchid. I've had it for two weeks. Way to go JoJo.
The lady at the shop said to water it by holding it under running water for 10 seconds, and to do this every 12 days. She also said the plant needed lots of sun.
Problem is, I don't really have a place with lots of sun. I have a windowsill by my kitchen sink; that's where I've kept it. But I think by it being next to the window, the sun's rays were magnified and they fried the flowers. :( But even if I did have a room with lots of sun, wouldn't the same thing happen?
