C-section murder charges not happening

WHEW! Melissa Rowland has accepted a plea bargain in which she pled guilty to child endangerment for using cocaine while pregnant. But the murder charges are no more. Thank heavens.

Was this the woman who was pregnant with twins and ignored advice about having a c-section??? If so, I am very happy to hear that she will not be facing murder charges. She obviously was psycholgy incompetent to make her own medical decisions with her long history of mental illness. What happened was certainly a tragedy but hse did not deserve facing murder charges over it.
