looking for recipe- I think it is chicken satay

it was shredded chicken you rolled in lettuce and other veggies that you could dip in a peanut sauce. Does that sound like chicken satay? does anyone have a recipe?

Hmm, the chicken satay I've had is chunks of chicken breast on a wooden skewer (along the lines of a shish-ke-bob) with a peanut sauce, I think.

ETA: I think it sounds like a lettuce roll...

I have to agree with Lori. All the times I had chicken satay, it was skewered, grilled chicken that you dip in peanut sauce.
