I just have to do some quick cafe curtains for the kitchen and hang the new chandelier before I take the "afters". The befores are a true trip thought ;)

I can't wait to see the pictures! I want to re-do my kitchen so much, but I have to live vicariously through friends and by looking at magazines! Sigh, one day, I will have a pantry, corian countertops with an integrated sink, and maple cabinets!LOL!

I think it's awesome that you're doing a lot of your remodelling so soon after moving in. We have lived in this house for 6 1/2 years and there is still a ton of stuff to do!

The shutters look awesome though and I can't wait to see the kitchen before and after pics!
