A clingy phase at 14 mos?

Do kids get really clingy at around 14 mos? I mean you can't be more than 5 feet away clingy. Some days it's there must be some contact between us clingy. Anyone else experience this and what helps?

We definitely went through that, right about at the 14 month mark, too. It only lasted a couple of weeks. I don't really have any advice on what to do...I just tried to kind of go with the flow and be as reassuring to her as I could!
