This is so sad, he was a wonderful person. He was playing football at ASU when I was in the marching band there, and he was just such a well balanced individual. He actually turned down some major offers from pro teams so he could be in the military. What a hero.

What an incredible person - as all our soldiers are - gave up a $3 ++ million extension in his contract, refused to give interviews/pics while serving (wanted to be treated like a soldier not a celebrity) - I'm sure the list goes on and on.
