I made a tenderloin tonight. It was lemon/garlic, made by Hormel. I really didn't care for it (a shame because their teriyaki version is sooo good).

Any ideas how to turn these leftovers into something yummy? (ie, hide the flavor)

thanks!

Pork fried rice? Soy sauce can work wonders ;)

Chop it up and stir fry it with peppers, onions, broccoli, etc. and serve over rice. Stir fry the veggies first then add the meat to warm it up.

Sorry, no suggestions here but I have made the same mistake with the lemon/garlic. We really love the peppercorn if you like it with a little kick to it.

I made one for dinner last night too! I used a lemon pepper pork, from Sam's. It is yummy & great on the grill (rotisseri).

No sugegstions, maybe pork sandwhiches? Mustard, mayo, any other fix'ins to hide it. Otherwise, the other suggestions sound great. Re-heated pork can be tricky though sometimes.

Dang it, I just bought this tonight! I should've read the boards between getting home from work and going grocery shopping. :(
