Probably got your attention ... here's my question.

My husband is going to be taking a medication which will involve weekly injections (he will eventually learn how to do thes himself) but i'm wondering, when we travel how will he get through airport security?

I know people deal with this because diabetics must carry insulin which is injected (and I would NEVER put that in packed luggage) so it ahs to be carryon ...

Anyone deal with this situation?

TIA!

I've done it, but it was pre 9/11. The rules have changed so much since then, that my experience (no problem as carry-on) is probably no longer relevant. Perhaps you could call the airline and ask. Maybe a doctor's note?

He needs a note from his doctor. But definitely contact the airline to double-check - they may limit the number of needles that can be carried on, or may need a certain type of note, or whatever.

Just need a doctor's note. Shouldn't be a problem.

I used a toothbrush holder to carry mine when I was doing the fertility injectible medications.
