I'm about to toss my sponge mop and my Chlorox mopping system out the window. They don't work as well I'd like. It possible could be that the color of the tiles in my house is dirt - but I can't clean them for the life of me. Does anyone have anything that works well?

Sonia,
I feel that I have to use a cellulose sponge mop for absorbency and the power to really scrub. For tiles, I found that my issue was that the grout gets stained "grey" and I can't ever get it white white. My old house has 50-year old tile, so it's nothing I've done, I don't think! The tiles are clean but the grout is still weird, even with bleach on it.

So, I bought some tile and grout stain remover from Home Depot, they sell it in the tile department and it's very heavy duty. It's made by TileLab. Once you've used that, you can reseal your grout if you've used the Stripper and it will stay clean.
