Not sure you check your email- but I figure you'll see this here. Just wondering how you are feeling? Hope all's well!

Trish,
you are so sweet...if you emailed me I didn't get it. I hardly ever get any of my emails via the boards and most of mine that I send don't go thru for some reason.

When I first came to the boards I linked my old user name "mama2be" to my active email address (neve @nc .rr. com) and when I forgot that password after a break from the boards it wouldn't let me use a new user name with that email address so I linked it to a hotmail account that I never use, so that might be the problem. I clean it out about once a month so it might be there, but even then most don't get to it for some reason.

I actually am feeling too good for comfort if that makes sense. or atleast as far as booby sensations, nausea, tiredness I really don't have those-which scares me. Though I had some sore boobies on the day I tested it was only mild and I have had no other sensations since. I did retake the 2nd test this morning from the box I used and the line was darker, way darker than before and since my numbers looked so good I have not been too worried. I was going to try to hold off on my US till I knew I would have a heart beat, the last time just killed me going back and forth and worrying all the time, but about 2 hours ago I started getting anxious and might see if we can get one this week vs the next. I feel a slight pinching on my left side where I imagine my tube would be vs uterus BUT that is not the side of my "bad tube" and there is just no way I could be dealt that on that side too...I mean what are the chances, plus it seems early for an ectopic but the pinching tonight does worry me ever so slightly.

Thank you honey for thinking of me...
Please update how you are doing...I have thought about you so much and your pregnancy, how are you doing?

Thank you again for your thoughts...

Neve-
First, a big congrats...:)
Then...my Best Friend IRL found out she was preg. very recently and it was a total shock...very unplanned...but she has had zero symptoms and she is very preggo with her second. So, don't let it stress you, it can be normal. :D

I had zero symptoms during my first trimester. I was extremely nervous throughout my pregnancy so I spoke with my doctor about the lack of symptoms + my OB laughed at me. My mother mentioned that she had zero symptoms too while she was pregnant with me so maybe it's a genetic thing. Feel well and ret ro relax-easier said than done I know!

Neve, I'm glad to hear you're feeling well. I had a bit of a sensation on the one side I have a tube (the other tube had the ectopic and was removed) in my first few weeks. I know everyone is different, but it scared the heck out of me. I just kept thinking I might lose the other tube as well. Obviously my fears were unfounded.
I completely understand about waiting to have an u/s. We had one just to be sure it was in the uterus, but then I felt like I needed one every day to feel confident. Keep us updated...you've got lots of prayer working for you!!
I have had so few symptoms this pregnancy that my OB has done several u/s's to reassure us all. Thanks for asking!

Congratulations! I'm guessing there is a thread here where you announced your news but I haven't gotten to it yet, so I'll congratulate you here if that's all right! Enjoy the symptomless pregnancy now b/c I'm sure sooner or later some not-so-enjoyable symptoms will surface!

"I was going to try to hold off on my US till I knew I would have a heart beat, the last time just killed me going back and forth and worrying all the time,"

Neve, if I were you I would really, really try and wait until 6 weeks or even 7, so that you can be sure and see the heartbeat. Before then, maybe ask if they will do another blood test to make sure your betas are still where they should be. I COMPLETELY understand your need to get an US as soon as possible, but if you get one too early, you'll just have to go back again.

Thinking of you, and I hope all is well!

I'm going to try to do this.
Having had the ectopic in the past really makes me think I am being slightly careless in this approach, but if I had not had that with such a high chance of another one and not knowing which tube is involved this month I would totally wait, and wish I had in the past...it just the chance of another ectopic and it rupturing while I drive to the hospital with T in the car if Steve is working that scares me so...

Neve, with Eliza I had zero symptoms at all and I kept worrying that something was going to happen because I had lots of symptoms with my other pregnancies. All was well :). I hope everything goes fine with you and you just got lucky not to be sick and sore :D.

I just wanted to share that went ahead an had an us at the specialist office. I was supposed to meet a girlfriend at the beach over a few days and got nervous heading out and not knowing if this could be an ectopic. So everything looks great, baby is in the uterus, baby did come from the ovary with the "bad" tube, so WHEW!!!!

He said it was measuring EXACTLY where it should be...

So I feel better...though today I am feeling pretty ill, not certain if it is prego related or just sick in general...I swear I have flu like symptoms...

Neve, I am so glad everything looks good! Maybe it will put your mind at ease a little bit. :) I felt really bad while on the progesterone. Maybe that is what is making you feel bad. Have you had your levels checked lately. I had some problems on the prometrium (sp?) and ended up using the supositories. My levels were much better on them.
Take it easy and CONGRATULATIONS once again!

WooHoo! I saw your post earlier but didn't have time to post congratulations. I've been thinking of you lots lately. I know I hardly know you, but having been down the ectopic road as well, I am so relieved you don't have to go through that again. (I'm sure not as relieved as you! :) )

Take care,

All great news! Hope you have a great time at the beach. If nothing else, your "flu-like symptoms" should help you feel more confident! (I do realize that came out wierd- but there's always a bright side- even to morning sickness!)

Having had an ectopic before myself, I know how stressful pregnancy can be. With my ectopic, I conceived a tubal on my good side. The one with out any blockage, you just never know!

Have fun at the beach & hope you feel better soon. :D
