I've finally come to the conclusion that DS has Fluorosis. We have a dentist appt for him tomorrow and I know this is what they're going to tell me. The ped put him on PolyViFlor when he was 6 months old because he was breastfed and we distill out drinking water. We used the correct dosage but he may have been getting Fluoride here and there from other sources. (my mom watches him a few times a week...her water is fluoridated)

Have his adult teeth been ruined also?

I was concerned about this issue with DS because I have mild Fluorosis and the doctor put him on PolyViFlor drops also. I must say that I was not very diligent in administering it because of my concern. However, I was told that even if a child has Fluorosis on his baby teeth, it will not affect adult teeth.
