Hi!
I posted this in the toddler section but haven't gotten any responses so I figured I try here.

I am due with #3 in about a month. I want to make some meals ahead but there's only so many lasagnas & mac & cheeses you can eat! I have a 5 yr old & a 3 yr old. My three year old isn't too picky but my 5 yr old doesn't like anything spicy or too hamburgery.

Does anyone have any tasty recipes or cookbook suggestions they'd like to share?

Thanks so much!

Rebecca

The Pampered Chef used to make a kids cookbook. I don't think they make it anymore but I'm sure you could find it on Ebay.

"Beyond Mac-n-Cheese"

"Desperation Dinners"

Most books by Annabel Karmel (who writes cookbooks for children's food), has recipes that the whole family will enjoy. Here's a link to the website:

Good Luck in the next month, We'll be thinking of you!

Not a cheap option here, but this is what I can think of.

There is this Williams Sonoma cookbook.

It's actually for the kids to use to cook - but I'd think it would have kid friendly recipes.

I was at Williams Sonoma last month and I think they had another kids cookbook that I can't find online. Maybe if you live close you could check it out.

here is one recommended by my ped's nurse.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1579547222/qid=1092367902/sr=8-1/ref=pd_ka_1/102-6927269-4610550?v=glance&s=books&n=507846. it is written by one of his patient's but does look interesting and i was told a good book for a picky eater too.
