I posted a few weeks ago about splitting my abs (diastasis recti) at 11 weeks. I'm feeling much better now and really appreciated all the adupport and advice. Now I'm feeling like I'd like to try to strengthen my abs with a low-intensity workout, so I bought an exercise ball. I was able to do the tape that came with it, but I won't be able to for much longer. I found this tape "Great expectations" online that is specifically for pregnancy. Anyone use it? reviews? anyone have other suggestions for a tape or book, or just specific exercises?
TIA!

I have heard that using a ball is a way to easily vary exercises that would strain the neck, spine or abs. I found this video online and intent to buy it if I get pg again:

it looks very cool!

here is another workout video that I have heard of:

I was recommended this book on www.cathe.com by Shelia who certifited Cathe in prenatal exercises. Shelia is affiliated with http://www.healthymomsfitness.com/:
