I think I broke my boob *possible TMI*

No seriously! I was sound asleep last night and woke up with a sharp, sharp pain in my right boob. Like I had just rolled over on it funny or pulled it the wrong way, REALLY hard. Anyhow it is still tender today, and I'm just totally baffled.

(TMI Alert) This may be too much information, but it felt like I *ouch* ripped my nipple in half! I still get shivers thinking about it today!

What could I have done and has this happened to anyone else? I'm definitely going to the OB and getting it checked out. That's not something you mess with!
