Chlorella? Anyone know anything about it?

We have friends that have been taking Chlorella for quite a few months and they say that since they've started it, they seem to get sick less often than they used to plus they often feel like they have more energy. They've been suggesting that I take it as well, and I've read some literature about it and am pretty impressed, but I have a couple of questions. First off, does anyone have personal experience with Chlorella's benefits? Also, if your breastfeeding, does anyone know of any positive or negative effects on the baby? The book I've read mentions that babies in the womb or who are breastfeeding can receive Chlorella's benefits through the mother, but again, I'd like someone's personal experience on that.
