Computer help, please!

Does anyone know what this is? DH's computer has a popup ad that has started coming up at regular intervals that says 680180.net. Norton, Adaware, and SpyBot aren't able to remove it, and even his resident computer guy couldn't get rid of it because the originating website info is encrypted. Help!

This thread might have info that can help. I do not use the Hijack this program (it is good by the way), but maybe his guru can understand it.

Did you ever get this resolved. FWIW, I found that by typing what you had put in "quotes" into google and it took me right to that thread.

Remember also that broadbandreports.com has a really good security forum as well. Sometimes I will go search there if I cannot find an answer elsewhere.
