Aww, you girls are all so sweet! Thanks for noticing - you've got me all teary-eyed! "Oh my" was definitely a shocker, as many of you know I was in the midst of a big career change so we weren't planning on this for another year, but I guess that's why it's called birth "control" and not birth "prevention", LOL! I thought I'd just sneak it in with a new siggie rather than "announce" since I'm still having waves of panic over the whole thing -I had preterm labor with C at 22 weeks and 14 weeks of total bedrest, so I am very nervous about how this will play out given my history. Thanks for all the well-wishes and warm thoughts girlies! What a nice surprise to come across while browsing the lounge :) It helps my excitement to finally outweigh my fear.

LOL NEVE!!! I was actually sweating it out earlier this month and two pregnancy tests confirmed that DH's vasectomy in December did work!!!
