Photoshop Question

I think this one is a quickie (I hope!):

I have a picture that was scanned in (5x5) - I want to make a 4X6 or 5X7 print of it, but I am not sure how to resize it without distorting it. I manipulated the colors in Photoshop and I think that if I do not save it to a regular canvas size it will not print at Walgreens ,etc.

If you want it to stay 5x5, just make a blank 5x7 and copy and paste the 5x5 on it. Put it in the middle of the 5x7 (leaving white space on each side) and then you can just trim the white space off after it's printed.
