All the responses from Deborah's post made me think maybe I should start taking fish oil supplements. Have you all found some that you know are mercury free?
Thanks!

I posted this with links under Deborah's thread, but Carlson brand are tested to be free of mercury and PCB's (among other things).

I used to take fish oil supplements but recently switched over to hemp oil. I just add a teaspoon or so to a glass of juice. It supposedly has the ideal ratio of omega 3s to omega 6s, and it has a relatively pleasant tast (walnut/sunflower seed taste). It can be used on salad, etc. too for this reason. The other nice bonus is no "fish burps" LOL ;)

It was about $20 for a bottle. My health food store keeps it in the refrigerated case.

And no, the "hemp" oil doesn't get you high or anything LOL ;)
