Hi, all. I am going on a weeklong vacation out of the country. My one-year-old will be staying home with Grandma and Grandpa. It will be very hard to call and check in. I want to leave a consent letter of some sort in case they need to take him to the doctor (heaven forbid). Has anyone done this and, if so, can you recommend some wording? Also, are there any other things you would suggest I do beforehand. Thanks in advance from a nervous mommy!
