Which middle name do you prefer?
Keep in mind that I'm looking for a name that is both feminine, strong and not too trendy. Both of these names will fit with the first name and the last name.

Nastasjja (rhymes almost with Natasha) alternate spelling Nastasja

or

Raven

Thanks!

I prefer Nastasjja but am worried about the "public" opinion.

Of the two, based on your criteria, I prefer Nastasjja. Raven sounds very trendy to me.

I prefer Nastasja - only one "j." "Raven" reminds me too much of Raven-Symone, the little girl who was Denise's stepdaugher on The Cosby Show and who has grown up to have that Disney show "That's So Raven."

I like Nastasjja. Raven also reminds me of Raven-Symone.

Just keep in mind that people will always have difficulty spelling Nastasjja, and will think it is Natasha.

ONly since you asked...I wouldn't dare tread on my opinion names of selected names unless asked...
but in my opinion hands down Nastasjja...
Raven to me is a big black MEAN bird!!!!!
My cousin is named Natasha and I love it so any name close would of course win me over :)

I have wondered often what happened to her since she just seemed so cute, adorable and was a GREAT actress.
Glad to see she is doing something in the field...I really was impressed by her...

Thank you all. I am in love with the name Nastasja and am prepared to have to correct people (I do anyway for my son). I wanted to give her this name as her first name, but received lots of negatives from friends. So, I'm sticking it in the middle. Her current nickname is derived from Nastasja. I also am in love with the name Rashmi (I onced worked at a daycare where there was a little girl by this name-sweetest little girl). Everytime I see Rashmi who frequents this site, I think of her but I can't figure out how to use this name, the baby would have too many names!

I am keeping the first name under wraps until the adoption is finalized.

That was my first reaction, too. But since it is a middle name, does it really matter if it is easy to spell or not?
