I upload to the costco website and pay 19 cents for 4x6 prints with next day pick up. For reasons only known to Costco, the service is available only in TX.

I was just looking at York photo, they have 4x6 prints (uploaded from digital) for 12 cents. I was wanting to get wallet size printed and they have looked to be the cheapest. Go to www.yorkphoto.com
I used to use them all the time, then for some reason in the last year I started using Snapfish. I think I had just forgotten about York. I think I am going to go back to them.
Hope that helps, ~Beth

Addendum.....I just went back to York "to check things out" and it looks like they are only cheaper with the digital prints, if you need to mail in your 35mm, it is cheaper to go with Snapfish. Guess that is why I switched. ~Beth

Clubphoto is very cheap, though I've never used them (just heard of them tonight).
ETA: 17 cents per print.

Is it just me, or does york look exactly like snapfish.com? it's wigging me out! also, is the quality the same? do they give you all the cool editing features? do they give you the digital option when you check out?

TIA

You know.... I was thinking the same thing about York online, it does look the same as Snapfish. I used York before I even had online access. Wow, can you imagine such a time? So, I know it has been around for a long time. I wonder if they are now sister companies. The quality looked the same as far as develping and prints from what I noticed. I have no idea what the online software is like tho. I think all the companies use a very similar system. Hmmmmmm.

Well I decided to place an order at york last night. I don't know where they are based out of it but I didn't have to pay taxes and with snapfish I did (Snapfish in based in San Francisco, CA). Too bad I didn't find this place earlier. Last week I placed an huge order to snapfish. Oh well...:)

I usually upload my pics at ofoto and print them out whenever someone posts a 40% off code here :-)

Cheap quality, too. The colors on their prints aren't nearly as good as what you get through Shutterfly or Ofoto, in my experience.
