Carters goes to 24m. Have you tried any of their outlets? A place like Kohls probably has them.

I have Petit Bateau ones for Sophie that go to 36m, although they're much more expensive than the Carters ones. I got them at www.trendychic.com.

i found the 18-24 month carter's at both the outlet and tj maxx. schuyler doesn't "fit" into the size range AT ALL but he is still able to wear them. i don't dry them, though.

I use the Carters short sleeve and long sleeve onesies in white. I have only found them at the Carter's Outlet - they have them sized 18-24m. They fit my little giant...

Not exactly a clothing outlet, but Dharma's has some very cute white onesies for toddlers. I got a couple of them to play with for dyeing, but they are white, so they could work as undershirts. They've got some really cute rompers and onesies for reasonable prices:

I had onesies for Brig last year and he was over 30 lbs. I think I got them at Target.

Target, Baby Gap, Old Navy, The Children's Place...pretty much everywhere that sells baby clothes! They may not look like the infant onesies with the shoulder flap things, but any onesie will work as an undershirt.

I also get Kieran's undershirts at the Carter's outlet. I'm not sure if they have an online store or not.

Those look great to use as undershirts! Did you get the "Dharma Infant OnePiece"?

Have you tried the Gerber XL ones? They are really big, but can be hard to find. I know they still fit ds, although snug, and he is about a 4t. GL~

JCPenney has a "Wee Essentials" brand of onsies that go up to something like 35 lbs in XXL. I have some I am planning on using when DS outgrows his 18-24 month Carter's onsies. I couldn't find them online but I have found them in all sizes at 2 JCPenney stores that I have looked in.

Gerber onsies also have larger sizes. I have seen the size Large (which states up to 34 lbs.) at Kmart. I have only seen the X-Large (which goes up to about 42 lbs.) only online at http://www.kidsurplus.com but they seem to be out at the moment. I haven't seen them IRL.

Here are the Gerber Medium and Large onesies at Kidsurplus.com. I have the Size Large (27-34 lbs.) and they are fitting DS fine right now at about 26.5 lbs. They are slightly larger than Carter's 18-24 month onsies, but not much.

Here are the XL onsies from Gerber at Kidsurplus.com, but they are out of stock. If they get them back in stock I am going to order them to see if they are any bigger than the JCPenney XXL ones I already have.

Can you tell I'm planning on using onesies right up to potty training? :)
