beef wellington, tenderloin en-crute, stuffed filet or seasoned filet...
I know the smell of turkey is still lingreing from Thanksgiving, but, my mom and I decided some version of tenderloin will be our Christmas dinner (she's obsessive-compulsive about our main dish EVERY YEAR!) Does anyone have any great reciipes we should consider?
