If I am planning on making a 5x7 card, what should I use for the total pixel dimensions? TIA!

You can actually do it in inches. Just select 5x7 when you start or enter in the dimensions you want. As far as resolution, 300 should be good. Also, if you are cropping images, you can type in the dimensions you want (1.5 in) to override percentages or pixel calculations. HTH
