Fed Ex Home Delivery does deliver on Saturday. Regular Federal Express does not unless it's a specific Saturday delivery.

Well, DH is a UPS driver, so I can only give you the UPS perspective. Saturday air delivery is much more expensive than regular and must be delivered by 10:30 am...unless you're in a rural area in which the drivers are given a little extra leeway on the time. I don't know about FedUp (ahem, I mean FedEx ;)) but I would assume that now by 1:30, you could probably let the dog out.

Unless the sender told them to deliver on Saturday, they don't. So you probably won't see the package till Monday.

My DH is a FedEx Ground route owner-operator. The Home Delivery division delivers on Saturdays but is closed Mondays, and since the routes are owner operated, the delivery day is somewhat at their discretion. I've gotten HomeDelivery pckgs as late as 5pm on a Sat :)

Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Express are M-F only.

Oh, and the OP had a mispelling/typo in her post - its FEDEXcellent, not FedUp!! LOL
