Calendar Template for Photoshop?

Bump ~ anyone?

I've been researching this a bit and it looks as though Photoshop Elements 3 is supposed to have something called "Creation" which enables templates, calendars, etc. I can't find it! HELP! I did double check the CD but can't find anything there either.

This is info i did find online:
