Every time I visit and Babycenter website or other websites like Target.com etc, Ebates pops up. Not like a regular pop-up window but Ebates will actually replace the page I am looking at! GGRR!

Then I have to click "back" and restart all over again.

Anyway to stop this? There is nothing on the Ebates page that I see that I can unsubscribe from.

Have you tried clearing out your cache and your cookies?

I'm still convinced that ebates caused many of my insane popup problems a few months back. I unsubscribed and they sent me instructions to remove that Moe Money Maker, or whatever it was called.

Good luck!

when you sign up for eBates, it installs their pop-up reminder called Moe Money Maker. There is a way to deselect it during sign up, but they don't make it very obvious.

Remove that and your problems should go away. You may be able to see it in your add/remove programs option.

Thanks- I didn't think we actually had it installed- I thought Ebates was just linked to the sites I was at. I did find it in my programs and removed it.
So much better now!
