What to do in Miami?

We're going to Key Biscayne/Miami in two weeks. Looking for suggestions of what to do with the kids (DS 3yrs, DD 3 mos). Especially interested in kid-friendly restaurants, since there are practically none where we're staying on Key Biscayne. Last year, we did Parrot Jungle, Miami Children's Museum, and Miami Seaquarium. This year we'll include Miami MetroZoo. Any other ideas?
