I saw the cutest picture of someone's dog in the diaper bag forum, and it made me think people might have some more cute pictures to post! Here is my picture of our dog Lucky with Grace. We are also in search of an orange tabby cat that needs a good home :).

Here's a picture of our springer spaniel/lab mix, Lucy:
http://www.windsorpeak.com/dc/user_files/18227.jpg
And now an explanation...although Lucy was a gift from Santa to Parker and Wesley a couple of years ago, she is Wesley's dog through and through. We had just bought a brand new bed to go in her kennel and Wesley wanted to know if he could get in, too. He's never allowed in there but since it was brand new and clean we let him do it. They stayed in there together for close to an hour! :D

Here are our Bullmastiffs Diva (girl) and Taz (boy). I don't have pics with them and my DD, but here is them playing in the snow! We live in heavy snow and they just love it. They love DD and let her do pretty much whatever she wants to them (poke, pull their tails, etc).

Oh these are fabulous! I kept meaning to start one of these threads. I love these pictures.
I hope this works! We attempted to take some photos for holiday cards with both William & Amber in their holiday finery. Amber posed like a champ (behold the power of liver biscotti) but William was a different story entirely. There's a whole series of these pictures becoming gradually more & more hysterical but this is the brightest of the bunch.
Amber-doodle is also a rescue rottweiler, dumped in a kill shelter after just having had a litter. She was skin, bones & no manners when we got her and she has grown into a lovely, well mannered girl.

First, Solano:

Oh good gravy, you shouldn't have gotten me started! Here are my boys....
Boogie is the old black one (he's going to be 18 next week!!!) He's been with me since he was 6 mths old, back in 1987! Nuff said.
The black one with the white spot on his chest is my late departed, very loved and very missed Dakota. He was almost 9.5 when he died in 2003. Jake never got to meet him. I was 6 mths pg when Dakota died.
The tabby is our newest addition, Max. He joined us (adopted from Petsmart/Humane Society) before Dakota died...almost like it was meant to be that he would be here to comfort us. He is the sweetest cat you will ever meet and we love him dearly!

Here's a link to the webpage I created to show off pics of my pup! I was always a cat person...never liked dogs...until I met Boston. It was love at first sight for my bluetick beagle. We drove 80 miles to pick him up in North Carolina. He was the quiet one of his siblings, so I pulled him to my chest and he fell right asleep on my silk blouse. Although that blouse will always be ruined (he was kept in haystacks on a farm...pretty dirty when we bought him), I will love him forever. He can't wait for his momma to give him a human sibling!

Ok, DH has forbidden me from putting DD's face on the internet but he never said anything about the dog, LOL! Besides, our dog is an official working dog, so he's technically a public figure already. He was in a newspaper in their story about a local fire safety event.
I might have mentioned it when we first got him last year (I was asking for name suggestions) but he has been trained for arson detection. We do keep him all the time, though, as a pet when he and DH aren't out working.
DD absolutely adores him. Heck, her second word was doggy. "Mommy" was her third word. He kind of tolerates her, almost like an older sibling would. But he is quite protective of her when we are out.

Sorry- I realize this is an old thread now, but I didn't get a chance to up-load pics last week. I am mostly a lurker around here, I post occasionally on the stroller board though, but love a chance to share my dog-babies.
