OT--looking for divine pajamas

Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I'm looking for some really soft cotton PJs. No flannel or fleece, just really soft cotton, like maybe pima cotton. Pants/top are preferred, but a gown will do. The pants should have an elastic waist rather than a drawstring waist.

These would be a gift for my picky Mom, so I want them to be really nice. :)

I got a great set of PJ's from Banana Republic one year. I would also suggest checking at Victorias Secret! I wonder if Lands End has any????
