Not twins or anything REALLY shocking.... but we're having another boy! We were so convinced it was a girl this time. I'm so glad we found out because we have absolutely NO boy names picked-out & I was ready to settle on one just to have one, thinking we'd not need it. Boy would I have been disappointed.

Anyway, very excited (& nervous) about having 2 boys. Just thought I'd share.

btw, Lynne, the Chinese Lunar calendar is wrong. ;)

I was surprised when I found out my second was another boy, as I was convinced he was a girl! And I'll admit I was a little disappointed because I'm pretty sure we'll only have two and I wanted a daughter. But now that I've got two boys, I am so glad it turned out that way. I think it's nice to have a same-sex sibling, and I know that I always wanted a sister growing up and only had one brother. So I think it will be nice for them to have a brother. :)

Congrats on your news! I've been meaning to call or e-mail you. Did you ever settle on a new doc/MW and a hospital?

I know what you mean about being nervous for having 2 boys - especialy now that Caleb's starting to "act" more like a little boy! am fairly certain this one is a boy - even though my boobs are HUGE compared to how they were with C and my symptoms have been so different, I just have a feeling it's another boy. I'm trying to look on the bright side, though - I will save a lot of money not having to buy new clothes! I'd be dangerous buying girl stuff!! I had an u/s today to make sure my cervix wasn't shortening (it's great, btw - longer than average! Oh the odd things we get excited about!) and she took a quick peek at the baby but didn't look for sex. I have my 20 week apt on 12/30 so we should know then.
