She was taken via ambulance to the local hospital for shortness of breath. They're running lots of tests, and her husband mentioned a pulmonary embolism. He's home with Sophie and Amelia, and Marisa's aunt is either already at the airport or leaving shortly because she has a cruise tomorrow. One of the EMTs is one of the doulas from the service they hired, and she is going to arrange for 24-hour care for Amelia and Sophie so that Jonathan can be with Marisa.

I'll update you when I hear something else.

OMG, I hope she's going to be okay!!! This is very scary news indeed and has me very worried for her and her family.
