Holiday Question: How much do I tip my in home daycare provider?

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how much I should tip my daycare person? She comes to my home and watches DD Tue-Fri, 10-6pm. I don't require her to do any housework or anything. Tipping guides have said everything from $25 to a weeks pay. I'm so confused.

We give our nanny a week's pay plus a small gift. There was just a thread on this last week and a week's pay was pretty much the norm.
