...that continuing to push against something hard won't make it move, just because he still wants to go forward?

Just curious, because Ishie's been doing this for quite some time. Sometimes, if you pick him up and move him, he goes back over to the same spot and does it again -- apparently he REALLY wants to go through the couch.

Hmmm, I don't remember exactly when Taran stopped doing this. Now granted, he'll still try to push things that he can't move sometimes (especially if he sees me push it someplace, then he gets all excited and has to try), but he usually gives up when he figures out he can't do it and doesn't try it again unless of course I move it. Then it's apparently worth another try. Now, if he can move it and he's in the mood to push things around, he'll spend awhile pushing it. Absolutely adores the peek-a-block hippo my mother got him for his birthday that he can push around, he just hasn't figured out how to turn it around yet by himself and of course eventually runs it into something and gets stuck. ::grin::
