I need to get a potty asap! I have been trying to figure out what to get. My plan is to let him run around sans dipe in his room/bathroom area which is carpet free.

The other thought is to seat him on his potty in front of the TV (my friend suggested it and I thought it was a brilliant idea). This would be in the am as he is a fairly regular pooper. I am nervous about the carpet in the living room, but it is crappy and easily replaceable.
