A random OT question: Hang ups from Huxley, Iowa?

Does anyone else with Caller ID get hang up calls from Huxley, Iowa? It's always the same #: 515-597-4455 . I tried doing a reverse search and a google search and came up blank, except someone in September 2004 thought it was Time Warner.

We're on the Do Not Call list, but have been getting gobs of calls from pollsters-- for those of you who follow politics we're in Rob Portman's district, so it feels like there are 50 people trying to run for his seat and it's getting ugly. I originally thought it might be someone polling us, but those people don't hang up.

The calls are happening 4-5 times a day, and screwed up Payton's nap today, which REALLY ticked me off. When I answered it this evening, I just got the click of a hang up...

Apparently it's some crank caller, at least according to these people. The links to the journal don't work, but you can see some of the messages by people.
