Birth announcement HELP!!!

I am NOT the least bit computer savy so needless to say I am clueless about how to put together a photo collage. I have photo suite 4 and my Kodak software but have no idea how to navigate either very well. Is there anyone online (ebay?) who does beautiful announcements? If you do them yourself where do you have them printed? (Shutterfly is rather expensive but would work in a pinch)

I would also love to find some quotes about babies that would go well with a birth announcement.

I'm totally clueless here but want something beautiful to announce the arrival of Tyler. Any suggestions are welcome.

We just sent our announcements out a couple weeks ago. I bought them from a lady on eBay (dawnbartondesigns). She has a website, but I think her prices are cheaper on eBay.
