Paging "Simpson's" fans

I am looking for an episode that spoofs "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington" to show my Intro to Am. Politics class. I think that the episode is called "ms. lisa goes to washington" and she apparently wins an essay contest that takes the simpsons to D.C. Anybody know if it is on dvd or by chance does anybody own this?

Vaguely remember seeing it a long time back. Found it on Season 3 http://www.productreview.com.au/showitem.php?item_id=1637. So it appears to be on DVD- Netflix has Season 3 too.
