For my first mothers day with Jackson I received a Brag bracelet which I absolutely loved. It broke this past March and when I called to see about getting it fixed and getting Tyler's name added the lady quoted me a price and told me where to ship it to. She said it would take 4-6 weeks to fix. I sent it off back in April and still don't have it back yet.
My check was cashed on May 24. I called several times in May and have called almost daily since returning home with Tyler. I leave a message every time and she has not returned my call. I have the check back now. The bracelet cost a little over $100 so it isn't a huge money issue (Though it bothers me) but this was my very first mothers day gift and I cherished it so much. Now I don't know what to do. This lady ripped me off. Is there any action I can take against her?
