I read it awhile ago and enjoyed it. Then it was made into a TV movie with Sissy Spacek playing the lead, I think.

I read it a long time ago and thought it was great too. I remember not wanting to put it down, and I think I read it pretty quickly.

I really enjoyed it. In fact, I think I've read it twice!

I think that this is one of the best books that I have ever read. Definitely, you must read it!

Great book, but I wouldn't read it right now if I were you. I'd save it for AFTER the baby is born. :) Too much for my over active imagination if I had read it when pregnant!

Loved Water Witches! Midwives was good, I thought, although it bugged me that a mainstream book about midwives portrayed a horror story, kwim?

I loved it and couldn't put it down-- never saw the movie though. My book is actually all waterlogged since I was once reading it in the bath (pre-Conner days) and I accidently dropped it in the water!

My sister bought it for me, I read the book and thought "what am I thinking????" I think I may exchange it for something else and get it again in the future...
