E-Mail Address for Britax CS?

Is there a way to e-mail Britax? I wanted to e-mail Britax to get a recommendation to replace a car seat and present that to the insurance company. However, I can't seem to find an e-mail option. Under the "contact us" page there is a mailing address and a phone number. But, I would prefer a written response to my question.
