Well, I developed sciatica with baby #2 and it comes and goes even 1.5 years later. I wore the wrong shoes the other day and my one leg is really hurting. So, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good shoe brand that has helped with sciatica? (If there is such a thing?) Thanks

Actually, the best thing I can recommend for sciatica is a good chiropractor. That can fix it, and pretty quickly. But I do find that I need pretty supportive shoes since having a baby (bad knees), and tend toward Ecco, Danskos, Mephistos, etc.

I have found that I have had a lot less flare-up of my sciatica wearing Birkenstocks, especially since I started wearing their nursing shoes.
