I've been on the fence about trying Benefiber, especially while nursing. So, if you use it, regardless of whether or not you BF, do you like it? Does it live up to the hype of "can't taste it/masked by the taste of the foods you mix it with"? Sorry if this is gross, but did you notice a difference in your own "output" (i.e., was it worth taking it)? If you are BF'ing, does it make a difference to your DC in terms of their "output"?
