Should I tip the pony/bounce house people?

For DS's bday this weekend, we are having 2 ponies and a bounce house. It is all provided by the same, family owned company. They own the ponies, they own the bounce house, they set it up, lead the rides themselves, everything. Am I supposed to tip on top of the fee I am paying? I feel like this is the same type situation as when the owner of the salon cuts your hair (not supposed to tip). Am I off base?

I tipped the girls who worked at Brig's party. They ran the petting zoo an pony rides. But they were not the owners of the farm, they were girls who work there.
