Photoshop????

I am curious what photoshop everyone uses? regular photoshop or photoshop elements? What is the most user friendly program? and any ideas on where to get the best price?

I have a birthday coming up in a few days and Christmas is right around the corner! Everyone always hates buying gifts for me cause I rairly have anything I WANT! LOL

Unless you plan to do really extensive editing, Photoshop Elements will work just fine. You can also download Picasa for free, and frankly I prefer that for everyday photo editing and organizing. It's great software.

Ditto on the Elements. There are tutorials online and within the program for what you want to do, plus I took an online course and bought a reference book. For best deals, maybe try Ebay?

Version 4 of Elements was just released for the PC - you might be able to get a really good deal on Version 3.

For Mac they are still @ Version 3.

I'd check the Sunday paper (actually our ads for tomorrow will be here shortly) and see if CompUSA (are they local to you?) has any deals, they usually do.
