I just wanted to share a poem that Jen just wrote on her latest update. It is very moving and reveals a lot of what they've gone through in the last year and a half:

The courage, love and persistence that this woman has shown continues to amaze me on a daily basis. She has definitely inspired me to treasure every moment every day with DD.

I really admire Jen's strength and courage; the power of her love has surely been the strongest "medicine" helping Samuel to recover.

I pray that their family will finally be able to enjoy some normalcy in their lives - they deserve it, after all the heartache of the past 18 months.

Thanks for posting this. I sent a long overdue email to Jen after reading her poem. She is such an amazing mother. Every child deserves an advocate like Jen.
