Christmas gift for boss

Hi all. Just looking for some advice on what to get my boss for Christmas.

She's a real girlfriend who loves to share recipes, decorating ideas and parenting advice. She has two kids -- 3 and 8.

She loves to be organized too -- a big fan of Real Simple.

I was thinking of getting her a subscription to Southern Living, Parenting, Child or Oprah magazine but I'm not sure those would be right.

Any comments on the magazine idea? Any other ideas?

My favorite cooking magazine is "Quick Cooking by Taste of Home". No advertising, recipes use ingredients most people have, and they all come together fast. There are so many decorating magazines and that is such a personal choice. My suggestion would be to spend a half hour at Barnes & Noble or Borders browsing through the magazine racks. You might come up with something that isn't quite as popular that would better fit her taste. Buy a current issue to give in person and a subscription as most subscriptions take 6-10 weeks to start.

I bought a subscription for my SIL this year as she isn't exactly creative on her own in the kitchen but likes to try new recipes other people give her.
